CALL TO ORDER - STUDY SESSION

A Study Session of the Palm Desert City Council was called to order by Mayor Harnik on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber, City Hall, located at 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California.

UPDATE ON CIVIC CENTER PARK PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS (PROJECT NO. CFA00011)

Community Services Manager Muir narrated a PowerPoint presentation and responded to City Council inquiries.

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TIMEFRAMES

Code Compliance Supervisor Rodriguez narrated a PowerPoint presentation and responded to City Council inquiries.

Following discussion, the City Council provided feedback and directed staff to prepare a code amendment related to property maintenance activities.

The City Council adjourned the Study Session at 3:04 p.m.
