CALL TO ORDER - STUDY SESSION

A Study Session of the Palm Desert City Council was called to order by Mayor Kelly on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City Hall, located at 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California. All members of the City Council were present, with Mayor Pro Tem Quintanilla attending remotely per the provisions of AB 2449.

Deputy Director of Public Works Chavez and City Engineer Rowe narrated a PowerPoint presentation and responded to City Council inquiries.

Capital Projects Manager Gayler narrated a PowerPoint presentation and responded to City Council inquiries.
