CALL TO ORDER - STUDY SESSION

A Study Session of the Palm Desert City Council was called to order by Mayor Quintanilla on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City Hall, located at 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California.

*Councilmember Kelly participated remotely. Mayor Pro Tem Harnik joined the meeting at 2:___ p.m.

City Clerk Mejia and Best, Best & Krieger representative Anne Branham narrated a PowerPoint presentation and responded to City Council inquiries.
